Of course, these times aren't always exact. But this is pretty much the schedule I try to adhere to from Monday - Friday. Basically, I eat something every 2 hours. Remember, I'm on the 5x2 plan, which is 5 "Medifast meals" and 2 "lean and green" meals a day. So that's 7 (well, 8 with a Medifast snack) times a day I'm consuming something. I wake up at midnight and try to go to bed at around 4 or 5 PM, so I'm only awake for like 16-17 hours a day.
1:30 AM - Medifast bar. My favorite is the Oatmeal Raisin Crunch.
3:30 AM - Medifast French Vanilla Shake.
5:30 AM - Medifast French Vanilla shake.
8:00 AM - Medifast French Vanilla Shake.
10:15 AM - 5-6 ounces of chicken, 1 cup of spinach, and a dressing containing 1 teaspoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil with 1 tablespoon of Red Wine Vinegar.
1:00 PM - Medifast bar.
2:00 PM - Gym (My fat ass walks on a treadmill for like 15 minutes which I realize ain't jack but it's better than sitting home and staring at the wall).
3:00 PM - Medifast Ranch Soy Crisps snack.
3:30 PM - 5-6 ounces of chicken, .5-1 ounce of mushrooms, and 1 cup of spinach along with a dressing containing 1 teaspoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 1 teaspoon of Balsamic Vinegar.
On the weekends I'm more laissez-faire about my choices. For my Medifast meals on weekends I like their Eggs, Oatmeal (Blueberry is my fave), their Cheese Pizza Bites (perfect for munching while watching TV), Sloppy Joe, and their Chili. My lean and greens pretty much stay the same although instead of spinach I might have butter lettuce or romaine.
